I have been seeing Alanna at Casaroma for quite some time, more recently though in the past year. I can say without a doubt that the treatments I receive have an incredible impact on my overall health and well being. For the past year I have been going each week to use the Eternale rejuvenation/ PEMF matt and infrared lights. Within minutes I'm asleep and enjoying the benefits of this incredible program. It is what keeps me upright. When I entered into the role of care giver for my parents I made a commitment to do self care each week and my sessions with Alanna are critical to this. Allana was excellent at explaining my Energy Reading and Biofeedback Analysis. A first time for me, and I learned a lot and will take her advice, and will also continue with the far infrared sauna sessions to relax and detox.

On April 8, 2023 I attended my first appointment at Casaroma Wellness. I was seeking a holistic approach to my ongoing anxiety and depression, and years of prescription use for same. I was referred by a friend who had positive results for his entire family. I am also struggling with considerable weight loss because of depression and my body was in “fight/flight mode most of the time. When meeting Allana and feeling her calm, compassionate energy I knew I was meant to be right there that day. I had a biofeedback analysis and Allana walked my husband and I through the analysis and treatment. I left that day feeling so much better, not only because of the treatment but because of Allana’s gentle kindness and patience with my physical and emotional state. Yesterday was my second visit, and last night was the first time in months I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep for more than six hours, more than I had, without prescription drugs, in a very long time!
